How can I place an order?

Ordering at MIRKADA Jewelry is very easy: After you have put the desired items in your shopping cart, you can click on the button "Checkout" to complete your order. For this we recommend to create a customer account. As a new customer you can easily create an account during the order process and you will be logged in automatically. If you already have a customer account, you can simply log in with your user data (Email address and password).

After that you will be guided through the order process in three steps (information - shipping - payment - order review) and in the last step "order review" you can check your order again. Then by clicking on "Pay now" you can securely complete your payment.

How can I make sure that I have placed my order correctly?

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation Email with your order number and the billing and shipping address you selected.

In addition, you can track your order in your customer account.

Is there a minimum order value for the order?

There is no minimum order value for orders in the MIRKADA Online Shop.

How do I know my order is being processed?

As soon as your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation by Email. Once the order is processed, you will also receive a shipping confirmation. You can also check the status of your order in your customer account. Here you can see in which phase of the delivery process your order is.

When will my order be shipped?

If you order before 1pm CET, your package will usually be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm CET are usually shipped on the next business day.

Can I still change/cancel an order?

A change/cancellation of orders is only possible if you have chosen the payment method prepayment and we have not yet booked the money with us. Please contact our customer service for this.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs for an online order?

The standard shipping on MIRKADA.de is free of shipping costs within Germany. Your order will be delivered to your home or to a packing station of your choice without additional shipping costs.

Which shipping carrier is used for delivery?

We ship our parcels with DHL.

How soon can I expect my delivery?

For a Germany-wide delivery, you will receive your order usually within 1 to 3 days after receipt of your payment.

How long will it take to track my order?

After shipping the goods you will receive a shipping confirmation. In addition, you will be provided with the DHL tracking number in your customer account. With this tracking number you can track the delivery status of your shipment online.

Can I have delivery to a DHL Packstation?

You can also have your order delivered to a DHL Packstation.

Please fill in the fields as follows:

- In the field street and house number only the text Packstation and directly behind it the number of the Packstation must stand.

- The postal number must be entered in the additional address field.

You can choose between the following payment methods:

How do I receive my invoice?

You will always receive your invoice after your goods have been shipped to the email address you provided during the order process. Please check your email inbox and also your spam folder.

Is it possible to change the payment method after completing the order?

A subsequent change of the payment method is unfortunately not possible due to system technical reasons.

How does the purchase by invoice with Klarna work?

The principle is simple: You pay only when you have received the goods. You shop relaxed, place your order and check the products at home.

The payment details/invoice will be sent to you by Klarna via Email. From the date of the invoice you have 14 days to pay it.

How many days do I have to return my order?

You can return items free of charge (only Germany) within 30 days of receipt.

Has my return arrived?

Once your package has been processed at our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt and an additional Email notification when your return has been finalized.

When can I expect to receive payment for my return?

As a rule, the return will be refunded within 1-3 business days after receipt in our warehouse according to your selected payment method.

How do I receive my refund?

The refund will be processed through the same payment method you originally used.

How do returns work purchase by invoice with Klarna?

If you return all your items to us, your invoice will be cancelled by Klarna. You will receive a separate Email from Klarna.

In case of a partial return, the invoice amount will be adjusted accordingly. You will also receive an Email from Klarna with an updated invoice.

If you have already paid your invoice, you will of course be refunded the difference after we have received and checked the return.

If the date of your return is close to the 14-day due date of the invoice, please log in here and register a return with Klarna. This way you will avoid a possible reminder by Klarna.

How do I redeem my voucher?

You can redeem coupons and discount codes directly during the checkout process on the order overview:

Enter the voucher or discount code in the 'Discount code or gift voucher' field and click 'Apply'.

You will then see either the voucher value, the reduced item price or the free item directly in the shopping cart.

If a voucher is not redeemable, a note in a red field will tell you the reason. Please check the respective voucher conditions such as validity, minimum order value or restrictions on items or first purchase. If all conditions are met and your voucher still cannot be redeemed, please contact our customer service.

Unfortunately, due to system technical reasons, we cannot credit vouchers to orders afterwards.
